Off the clock

Hi there, I am Bugra! I'm originally from Turkey, though thanks to an unexplained American accent, I'll occasionally play along as a visiting Texan if the timing is right. I'm currently studying B.Sc. Computer Science at De Montfort University (2025–2028). Whether I'm writing code or collaborating with a team, I thrive in environments rooted in high-trust communication where people naturally learn from and teach one another. I try to bring that same ownership to everything I do—competing as a BUCS national athlete and founded DMU's Cycling Club aimed to help students socialize, step away from screen time, and develop healthy sports habits. When I'm off the clock, you'll usually find me cooking, gaming, or in the pool. Lastly, I hope we get to meet some day and have a great day!
